Before you send an enquiry
At minimum: the commodity, quantity or volume, packing type, origin and destination, and your target delivery window. If you already know your preferred Incoterm, tell us — if not, we will recommend one.
Both. We can buy and sell on our own account as principal, or act purely as your appointed buying agent on a fee basis. We tell you which capacity we are acting in before any contract is signed.
Yes. Many clients already have suppliers and simply need reliable freight and customs execution. The services are offered together because they work well together, not because they are bundled.
Letters of credit, telegraphic transfer and documentary collections are all routine. Open-account terms are considered for established relationships after the usual commercial checks.
Under CIF and DDP terms, cover is arranged as part of the price. Under other terms we can place cover on your behalf on request — we will always tell you where the risk sits.
